CVMRCC welcomes guest pilots or those who are considering joining, but want to try flying here first. As of 2023, transient flyers visiting the area may fly 3 times as a guest but must thereafter pay $5.00 per month providing they are current members of the AMA, maximum 3 months per year then must become a full member. Transient dues already paid will go towards annual membership dues.

To fly as a guest, you only need to have your host member present during your entire time at the field, and to have your AMA membership card on your person (unless you are flying on a buddy box). The ONLY exceptions to the ‘AMA card in-hand’ rule are guests flying on a buddy-box/trainer-cord, or international guests with prior approval from a designated club officer.
